Mike Lipesky and John Falco established J&M in 2006 in Caldwell, NJ, and moved the operation to Fairfield in 2008 as the work — and the referrals — kept growing. Today J&M is one of the most trusted commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC contractors in New Jersey.
The growth story is unusually simple: a reputation for 100% client satisfaction, compounded year over year. No gimmicks — just quality work and craftsmanship on every project, from a single-family furnace swap to a facility full of rooftop units, plus gas and water piping, refrigeration, and air-quality work in between.
